In this episode, we talk to Garrett Winegar, the head coach of Fishers HS in Indiana.  Coach discusses taking over a new program during a quarantine, and how they have focused on building relationships while attacking player development.  He also talks about his experiences as an assistant and how that has prepared him to be a head coach.
