Gator By The Bay is celebrating its 17th year as the largest, most-authentic Louisiana-themed music and food festival west of the bayou. Located at Spanish Landing Park on beautiful San Diego Bay, across from the airport, it features four days of live music with over 100 musical acts and special performances on seven stages, southern cuisine including 10,000 pounds of crawfish trucked from Louisiana, non-stop live music, dancing, and family fun.

LJ sits down with the passionate and entertaining Peter Oliver, founder & organizer of Gator By The Bay, to discuss the rich history of the festival and what people can expect from this year's lineup.
