As in any relationship, we take turns speaking and listening to one another.  I never realized that we can have that kind of communication with God . He speaks to us, not only in prayer, but all throughout our day. He guides us, protects us and brings us such peace. He speaks to us, in a still, small voice.

This is my personal journey through the struggles of life battling depression and anxiety. It was when I spiraled and crashed, that my life actually began. In my pain, God gave me purpose.
