In this episode Karin takes us on her journey from diagnosis to current-day life, sharing with the concerns and blessings she has experienced along the way. Karin offers tips on how to stay organised, including her favourite apps she relies on to stay consistent and productive in her daily life.  We also dive into mom-guilt and what to do to avoid it.
