Irene Wairimu Gakwa is a young Kenyan woman and nursing student living in the USA, who went missing in late February 2022. 

She was last seen on a WhatsApp video call with her parents. She appeared thinner, and visibly tired. She was 32 when she went missing. Her 33rd birthday has come and gone, and her whereabouts are still unknown.
