Jeff Banman keeps a maniacal focus on human performance. He became a firefighter as soon as he could as a teenager, serving several years and volunteering as a first responder to 9/11. Jeff shifted to a career in the CIA for a decade, continuing his study of human behavior and performance. Jeff's hyper-focus on human performance led him to acquire Brute Force Training last year, where he serves as COO. We talk with him about how we can use our own CNS to lead others, the difference between believing and knowing, and embodying sensations of the future to anchor them in each present moment. Jeff shares with us his own shadow work and the three rules he's live by since his early years fighting fires.
