Jules Carter is currently the Head of Engineering at Penso and a Coventry University Industry Board member.
Jules talks to Eddy about spending over 20 years in Rover before moving to Tata when they first started out in the UK (Jules was the 3rd hire for the UK arm of the business) and he helped grow the UK team to over 150 people within 3 years as well as discussing his other various senior roles throughout his career.
