She has worked with Wall Street partners when securitizing commercial mortgages, with case managers and therapists when directing a community based mental health program, with undergrad students when chairing a transpersonal psychology department and graduate students when overseeing a masters program in mindfulness studies. She has worked with well-known leaders when designing an academy for contemplative and ethical leadership at a think tank, and worked with farmers and a union workers when helping to lead one of the largest food co-ops in the United States.
