Hello everybody welcome to Dynamic Discussions. Today was a very special episode, as I got to sit down with an old friend of mine Kreggan Scharnatta. Kreggan is a yoga teacher, reiki master, spiritual wizard and what i would consider a very strong and powerful voice within the LGBTQ community.

We discuss reiki, the power of meditation, the incredible results from breathing techniques and yoga. The theme of this podcast though was authenticity and the power of self belief, confidence and how one can live their best life by being their true authentic self.
