An estimated 5-10% of AFAB (assigned female at birth) individuals have Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder. 30% of these individuals will attempt suicide in their lifetime, with a greater percentage experiencing suicidal thoughts and self harm.

Laura talks to us about her experience of living with debilitating PMDD, before finally getting a diagnosis of this often unrecognised condition.
