A servant at heart, in 4 words is how I would describe Lauren. Lauren used to be a correctional officer, she battled with cancer, battled with PTSD due to her service. After leaving the uniform, she took the road to entrepreneurship and now hosts a podcast, and owns a business to help spouses of first responders/military who need support. It isn't all, she is also a mother of two and a first responders spouse. She is a pure example of healing, recovery and achiever. We need more like her!
