恭喜发财 [gōngxǐ fācái ; wishing everyone prosperity in this new year]. Shortly after Chinese New Year, the year of the horse, I chatted to Lele KE, a 3 time Olympic volunteer and English Major who is a Project Manager working on International Programs between China and the United Nations.
