Remember, it is TOTALLY okay to not be okay sometimes... and ADMIT it!
Know that you are not less of a person or any weaker if you talk openly about your anxiety and ESPECIALLY if you chose to use medication as part of your mental health care. You are your own best advocate, and are allowed to take care of yourself in whatever ways work best for you.
