This episode was powerful.  Marcus Adams breaks down his professional football career and the transition he has made into coaching.  The biggest takeaway I had personally from this episode was a phrase Marcus played and trained by.  Don't be the "I wish" guy.  Make sure that you are not looking back on your career wondering what could have been.  How did Marcus make sure he didn't run into that issue? This is a main point of what we discuss in this episode.
