Join us as we talk about the Mockingbird Hill Massacre in Arkansas perpetrated by Ronald Gene Simmons. It's a dark tale with a horrific ending. 

The drink for this episode is called the Mockingbird which highlights apple blossom bitters and apple pie moonshine. It's a delicious sweet and sour cocktail! Recipe below:

MOCKINGBIRD

2 oz. apple pie moonshine
1 oz. Jack Daniels cider
1/2 oz. amaretto
1 oz. lemon juice
15 dashes apple blossom bitters
1 egg white

Shake egg white alone until frothed. Add the remainder of the ingredients and shake again with ice. Double strain into coupe glass and garnish with swirled dashes of angostura bitters.
