Monte Vales better known as “Speedy” here in the city of Akron, OH is a Father, Entrepreneur and CEO and founder of the #1 cellphone repair shop in Akron Ohio Speedyirepair. Like many African American males in the United States, he was a victim to a justice system that resulted in him getting a felony at a young age which meant his options of retrieving traditional work experience would be almost impossible.
