In todays society "Power" can be viewed as a "bigger is better and ability to control all the things" fest! In my life, I have begun to see the need to shift my story and belief to what "Power" really is! I discovered the gentleness and curiosity in Power and I discovered that my "Power" is in my practices of loving who I am and practicing how I am telling the stories of my life...... when I get stuck in story spirals of anger and pity, I hand over my joy, my power to a story on repeat in my mind machine..... it's a humbling moment to realize what is needed is tears and grieving and reclaiming how I am responding to my life.... that "power" was found in my gentleness and compassion, not in loudness and control....
