Referral marketing to past clients using the worthy cause | Featuring Lisa and Carlos Cachon  

Carlos and Lisa were both raised in Miami, FL. Went to school together and graduated from the same high school.  We didn’t date until after college and married soon after.  Carlos started and ran his own business from the age of 21 in apparel manufacturing and Lisa worked as a registered nurse.  After several years of owning his own business Carlos took a job as director of manufacturing for a large international apparel company.  This job demanded he travel constantly and while he enjoyed his career, he also missed spending time with his family.  A natural at sales he made the transition into real estate 18 years ago.  Lisa and Carlos joined the Craig Proctor Coaching in March of 2019 and jumped to Platinum shortly after.  In February of 2020 Lisa quit working as a nurse and started working in real estate full time.  In 2020 we started our team and were awarded the Craig Proctor Quantum Leap award and finished the year strong.  As of today, we have grown our team to a total of 14 and are on track to make another Quantum Leap this year.  Carlos and Lisa live in Naples, they have three grown children Jennifer, Christina, and Brandon. Both Brandon and Christina have their real estate license and have joined The Cachon Team.  In their free time, Carlos and Lisa enjoy spending time with family and traveling.
