In this episode, technical rescue expert Bryan discusses some of his background as a search and rescue technician, firefighter, and tactical paramedic on a SWAT team. Keahi and Bryan also chat about his passion to train rope rescue techniques for a variety of audiences including tactical law enforcement teams, rescue organizations and members from the U.S. Special Operations community. In addition, Bryan talks about knots and anchoring craft, medical preparedness training, an overview of rescue task force concepts and applicability, and some of the gear typically utilized in his profession and in the coursework for the training he conducts.
