Problem: You want to fill arenas with thousands of raving fans and are frustrated to the point of quitting because you don't.

  • You compare your outcome to someone else's outcome
  • You think there is one audience everyone is fighting for
  • You don't know how "they" did it
  • You get frustrated and quit.

    • Possibility: You know there are people who uniquely resonate with YOU and no one else and you focus on finding and serving them.

    • Your outcome is your outcome
    • You know there is a unique, separate audience for you
    • You reach your Tribe by being YOU
    • You grow into serving your unique Tribe

      • Mindsets:

      • There are people you can never serve
      • There are people only YOU can serve
      • Each person you help is a 100% outcome
      • Your Tribe will grow as you grow

        • Skillsets:

        • Know your niche
        • Communicate to your niche
        • Learn continually about your Tribe
        • Bring your greatest energy to your Tribe no matter its size


          • MAKE IT STICK

          Get into a meditative state and write down the answers to these questions:

          • With whom do you resonate? (Write down the characteristics)
          • What is the pain you address for these people?
          • What is the solution you provide?
          • Why do they resonate with you?
          • What is one immediate action you can take for your Tribe?
