Glean from the wisdom of a veteran educator and administrator to ensure kids have strong learning identities and self-efficacy. Blain Watson has 21 years of experience in education, including working as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and equity director. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Cal State University, Dominguez Hills in the School of Education.  Watson believes every principal should serve in pupil's services before becoming a principal to gain perspective and lead with their heart. He emphasizes the importance of understanding the curriculum, curriculum design, and support systems to support students' learning.
