Today we are talking about Standing in Your Power. What exactly does this mean? I really believe this is a conversation we can all use these days. It’s easy to feel like we’ve lost control when you look around the world today. For the last two years we’ve been locked inside. Isolated. When I say standing in your power I mean, understanding the power you have in yourself and learning to utilize it, learning to trust it and learning to lean on it. 
In simple terms it means honoring yourself.

• Speak your power into existence
• See yourself as the person you desire to be. Live it. Breathe it. Be it.
• Make small steps towards accepting your own power, there is no rush
