Being too hard on yourself can cause you to feel mental and physical stress. Some signs you're being too hard on yourself include engaging in negative self-talk or having trouble sleeping.

Are you your own worst critic ? 

This is a personal struggle that I face daily and I know that I truly need to stop being so hard on myself and just trust the process, but being a perfectionist can make it so easy to be so critical of everything I do. So I hope that you learn from this episode to trust the process and be more kind to yourself.
