On this episode of Navigating Life Podcast, Heather Avant will share with Coach Lo the challenges she faces of isolation, fatigue and constant adjustment to survive the global pandemic COVID19. Heather chooses to be  strong, being a wife and mother, continuing  in her role to fight for others in the sickle cell community, while entertaining a 3 year old son who is full of energy. God has seen Heather through this time and she remains grateful for the good happening in her life.

Bio: Heather Avant is a woman on a mission, newborn photographer and passionate sickle cell advocate thriving in Dallas, with her husband Jason and son Jett.  Heather started Artfully Avant in October of 2016 and successfully migrated into newborn photography once having her son. Heather has been advocating for people with sickle cell since age six. She tries her best to live in the moment, and beauty of each day, because life truly is a gift.
