Hello fellow friends!!! Today’s episode is actually a part 2 to a little mini series about taking time off of running. And today I’m talking about taking a break for you.
It’s easy to forget to take time off. But it is so so important. It can help prevent injury and burn out. Take care of you and put yourself before your sport. You are a runner, running isn’t you. Don’t let running have so much power over you to where you can’t take a few weeks off and enjoy it.
