Hi, and welcome to my podcast! My name is Caroline, and I am an occupational therapy graduate student with a passion for mental health, especially in athletics. This podcast was created to increase knowledge and awareness of mental health while simultaneously breaking the stigma that surrounds it. I will be utilizing a holistic occupational therapy approach to provide my listeners with ways they can incorporate mental health practices into their everyday routines. This podcast was created to target DIII athletes and focus on ways to overcome the barriers and challenges that they encounter.
