I wavered on publishing this topic on social media, but am glad I did.  I received great support and even a follower who recognized she was wearing the mom badge excuse.  

Recognize what is in front of you, and change the pattern.  Be a chain breaker.  Isn't that the beauty of creation?  You can change the pattern.
