Grief is unfortunately one of the many trade-off's in the human experience. In exchange for life and the ability to love deeply, comes the diametric experience of navigating loss.

It's been a challenge to identify with the grief journey, and I hope anyone in a similar circumstance can find a small piece of comfort in this episode.
