In this episode of Faraday Tech Cafe, I interview Nicole Osbun, a technical recruiter at Vaco who is passionate about helping software developers. We discuss the role of a tech recruiter and some of the misconceptions that exist in the relationship between recruiters and software developers.

Nicole was raised in the Midwest, US and is now living in Indianapolis with her Husband and Daughter. She is an avid Oenophile (I’ll wait while you Google that) and has a collection that she is very proud of. She aspires to travel to further her hobby. Until then, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also likes to see life as a glass not half full or half empty – but ready to be filled and enjoyed!
