Through a secret spy cam installed in the Predacon base, the Maximals watch the Predacons attempt to increase the size and power of energon crystals. But when the experiment fails, a firefight breaks out, which ends up in a huge explosion that seems to destroy the Predacon base. The Maximals are shocked; have they just won the Beast Wars?
