Today’s guest is a former teacher by profession and after losing her passion for the classroom in 2011, Kirsty Gibbs decided to leave and start her tutoring business - a dream that she had had  after seeing the impact she could make, working in small groups and 1on1 with students.   She went all in, opening a centre on the Gold Coast and having a second location within 12 months.   Kirsty's business was extremely successful and she was able to employ 15+ staff members and impact the lives of many students (and their families).   After having children of her own, Kirsty sold one of her centres and restructured the other so it was fully mobile.  She also took this time to create another educational business 'The School Readiness Toolkits'.   Kirsty's experience in business and the tutoring industry has since lead her to share her skills, knowledge, and experience other teachers and tutoring business owners.   With her course 'Classroom to Business' that helps the everyday teachers start their own business, and her membership 'The Tutoring Growth Mastermind' which helps business owners to create scalable and sustainable 6-figure businesses, Kirsty is leading with her heart to help teacherpreneurs to transform their lives, to create more freedom, flexibility and financial success - through doing what they love.
