In this episode, I share about a shady practice in the solar lease industry of trying to get the client to sign up on the same day that you started talking solar with them. You try to get them to sign up for a 20 year lease by convincing them to just sign the lease so the roof can be inspected to see if they qualify. Wow, what a joke...and sketchy as can be.
