Hey friend!
As always, I am SO grateful you're here today.
On today's episode we're chatting about the overwhelming emotions I've been having regarding this "crappy time of year" & how I'm attempting to handle them.
In April of 2020, Tim - my late husband - was in & out of urgent care before we had no choice but to admit him to the hospital.
By May 22, 2020, a month later, Tim was gone.
It's coming up on the 3 year anniversary of his passing & I thought I was "doing fine." After all, I'm in a much better place mentally than I have been the past 3 years, but in therapy last week, I realized I am having so many emotional outbursts because of the season I am in.
Listen to today's episode to see how I'm processing these feelings & what I'm doing to try & navigate this season.
I so appreciate you being here! xoxo
