Welcome back to another installment of Baltimore County Forever Podcast. I have Lauren, @shxt_vegans_eat, back on this week.

We start this episode off with some historical Hip-Hop moments: “The Truth” by Beans turns 20, “Poison” by Bel Biv Devoe turns 30, and Juvie’s “Back That Azz Up” turns 21. Lauren tells me what State Property meant to Philly during their reign, how important “Posion” was in college house parties, and how Juvie’s hit remains timeless.

Then we get into this week’s playlist. We have the hit from Tony! Toni! Toné! “Anniversary” and Lauren tells me how important such celebrations are to her. We also chat about Raphael Saadiq’s production credits.

We also have Jazz & Jill Scott, “Love Again” and Lauren shares an interesting story of a song with which she has an emotional connection.

Then we have “Girlfriend” Remix by N’Sync and we talk about knowing JT would go solo shortly after this dropped. Lauren also shares a song from the TRL era that she could perform start to finish to this day.
