As much as I want to see the good in everybody, you just never know how people feel about people of color; and it makes us feel some kind of way. Working from how allows me to be myself. There’s always so many stereotypes, like the angry black woman. So you try not to talk too loud. But at home, I don't have to worry about that. I can just focus on doing a good job.
