Hello friends! Austin, psychedelic cumbia band, Como Las Movies have collaborated with Miami-based, Latin-pop-R&B artist, Shiela on a song called "Café" that drops this Friday 10/14. Also, Shiela will be joining Como Las Movies for their ACL Fest set this Saturday 10/15 at 12:45 on the Honda Stage. I got to sit down with both acts separately to talk about the collaboration, ACL and more. First up, I talk to Como Las Movies leader, Nelson Aguilar and their engineer and mixer, Dylan Fischer about being KUTX Artist of the Month for October, how the band has changed in the last three years, what kept them from disbanding, getting ACL fest and more.
