TIPS ON FINDING YOUR PROSPECTIVE ATTORNEY:

1. Referrals are a great place to start when looking for the right lawyer, but take them with the right perspective—they're just a guiding point, not the end of your research.
2. As soon as you've identified the right people to talk to, determine if this is the lawyer that you want to hire. One of the key questions you should ask is whether s/he has experience working on cases similar to yours and if s/he has achieved the desired results.
