Kim Smith is the Founder and CEO of Keep It Movin (K.I.M.), a 501c3 nonprofit organization that empowers, motivates, and educates previously-incarcerated women while preventing recidivism. Kim speaks about the challenges that female inmates face upon reintegration into society. K.I.M. provides intervention programs and educational training that focus on mindset and attitude, life and communication skills, employability and housing, and available support and resources.
