What is science, really? How can we tell what's a conspiracy theory and what is a peer-reviewed study? And what about if we've just got some ideas that we want our scientific advisors to "try out"? Is there anything we should know before we ask stupid questions on the television and subsequently have to pretend we were being "sarcastic"?
