Chloe Caroline is an American-Canadian indie-pop artist, songwriter, actor, and brand influencer. The powerful message behind all of her musical work has been to embrace femininity while making sure you know that you are never alone.

Chloe is best known for becoming the first independent artist on Radio Disney and making her acting debut in Hallmark Channel's "Love, Of Course" where she crafted the film's entire soundtrack and co-starred alongside Kelly Rutherford and Cameron Mathison.
