Can you even believe it?! It's Sweat & Reflect's SECOND birthday & I am unwell! When I started this podcast 2 years ago it was on a whim & I wasn't entirely sure what I was getting myself into, but look at us now!

& yes, I do mean US, because without YOU we wouldn't be here.  Sweat & Reflect started because of YOU & continues to grow because of YOU!

Honestly, there are no words for how truly grateful I am to you for listening, for being here & for supporting Sweat & Reflect.  You mean the absolute world to me!
