On tonight's interview Aidan is very honored to be joined back by Rachael Thomas the MP for Lethbridge. Tonight Aidan and Rachael dive into the burning topics this week from internet censorship Bill C-11, the use of the Emergencies Act, and the current Conservative Leadership Race. Follow along with Rachael's work here while she kills Bill C-11 https://www.rachaelthomas.ca/
Recorded on 05/10/2022
Rachael is committed to putting people first. Every year, she attends many events throughout the riding, tours dozens of local businesses and organizations, and meets one-on-one with hundreds of constituents. Rachael currently sits on the Heritage Committee, where she passionately defends the rights and freedoms of Canadians. From 2020-2021 Rachael served as the Shadow Minister for Digital Government. During her time in this role, she successfully fought against bill C-10, which was a government bill created to censor online content and threatened the freedom of speech guaranteed to Canadians by Section 2(b) of the Charter.
