Welcome back to another installment of Baltimore County Forever Podcast. It’s episode 123 and the band Norm and Stacey are here. First things first- our thoughts on Corona Virus & the quarantine, followed by a review of Jay Electronica’s album. Then comes our Hip-Hop history moment for the week; the anniversary of Nate Dogg’s death. Norm talks about his new promo video for his album. 

Then of course we jump into this week’s playlist. We have “Land of Snakes” by J Cole and we discuss life with older siblings and its pros and cons. 

Next up is “Two Words” by Ye and we talk about where I first heard the song: Chappelle’s Show. We also get into backpack rappers’ appearances on such shows and how it helped that genre of music.

Then we have 8Ball & MJG’s “Don’t Want Drama,” and we give our thoughts on major acts signing to major labels later in their careers. We also get into the era of regional record labels like Bad Boy South, Def Jam South, Roc La Familia, etc.
