Doug Clark is an entrepreneur, personal trainer, online coach, YouTuber, Podcaster, and owner of two successful businesses in Prince George: Northern Baseball Training and DC Fitness.

The unexpected passing of his mother in December 2021 drove Doug to take his love of fitness and turn it into his mission to help busy moms like her change their lives and make their health a priority. Since then, he’s helped over 150 women change their lives through health and fitness.

Doug’s work ethic and drive has helped him grow his social media presence to over 100,000 followers on all platforms and it continues to grow daily.

His goal is to impact millions of people around the world through health, fitness, and baseball.
