Prior to founding 120Water, she served in senior leadership roles at hc1.com, RICS Software, Delivra, Compendium Blogware, and DyKnow, where she drove revenue growth, spearheaded demand generation strategies, and positioned companies for long-term market success. She also founded 3 Dots Marketing, a consultancy focused on delivering high-impact B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
Megan began her career at DePauw University, where she served as Assistant Director of the Annual Fund, and later held roles in brand enforcement, online marketing, and advertising at Angie’s List. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to scale organizations, navigate new markets, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
