In this episode we discuss our new MTB adventures, Jon Vallejo almost flying over the handlebars on his crappy Walmart bike on a downhill and also video taping his son eat concrete... then helping him. We ranted of the injustices that continue to haunt the black community, most recently Ahmaud Arbery. At some point these injustices have to end, but it's unlikely it will be in our lifetime.
