Psalms 46:8-10

"Come, see the Lord's deeds, what devastation He has imposed on the earth - bringing wars to an end in every corner of the world, breaking the bow and shattering the spear, burning chariots with fire. That's enough! Now know that I am God! I am exalted among all nations; I am exalted throughout the world!"

Through tragedy we often find something. We are humbled in our fragility, we are united in life and love, we are redirected and refocused to a greater power outside ourselves. That power is His power, His mercy. His abilityto show us our faults and His ability to wash us clean. His ability to bring His children together.
