MiLB Strength and Conditioning Coach – Michael Sadler is beginning his fifth year with the Seattle Mariners. Michael’s first season was in 2018 with the Clinton Lumberkings (Low A affiliate) in Clinton, IA. In 2019, he was in Modesto, CA with the Modesto Nuts (High A affiliate). Last season in 2021, Michael was a part of the Arkansas Travelers (Double A affiliate) staff in Little Rock, AR. This upcoming season he will be joining the staff in Tacoma, WA at their Triple A affiliate. He recently received his Master’s degree is Sports Performance and Exercise Science. Currently resides in Mitchell, SD with his newlywed wife and a child on the way. Michael is very excited for this upcoming season and blessed to be doing a job he loves.
