Allow us to welcome you as we welcome Jess Salomon to the guest star chair this time around.  Jess and Sharon start by reviewing Jess' quest to get a green card, and the change of plans that came about as a result.  They then debate whether "mem" or "meem" is the correct pronunciation.  Jess tells about her time as a war crimes lawyer at The Hague and her subsequent transition to comedy (and how it took longer than expected).  They then wrap by discussing having or not having sentimentality about your early career whilst Sharon does a quick sketch of Jess.
