This week there has been significant progress in the Microsoft / ABK merger. With the courts ruling that the FTC have not provided significant evidence that the merger would lessen consumer access to titles like Call of Duty. With this deal now incredibly likely to go through by the revised deadline of October we look at what we think this means for the games industry.
